We charge standard ground rates for shipping in the Continental U.S. The shipping rate is calculated by the recipient's location. There is a nominal handling fee added to each order. If you are ordering internationally, please contact us via email to determine best shipping method. |
Return and Exchange Policies |
All merchandise purchased from TepperJacksonOnline can be returned within 15 days of receipt of merchandise for an exchange or for a refund. All merchandise must be unused, in perfect condition, and in it's original packaging. Items that do not meet these criteria will not be exchanged or refunded. We will accept returns / exchanges with a receipt only on merchandise that has been purchased from TepperJacksonOnline. Merchandise purchased through a Tepper Jackson retailer must be returned to the retailer and will not be exchanged/ accepted or refunded by TepperJacksonOnline. If you are exchanging an item, please note that the shipping charges to TepperJacksononline as well as the return shipping charge is paid by the customer. Shipping on returned items is not refundable, unless the reason for the return is due to an error by our company (e.g. wrong item/color, damaged).

How do I place an order? |
Website ordering is the fastest and preferred method.
If you are a first time customer, please click on the "Wholesale Login" button located on the top right of this website to register. Please enter your information carefully and accurately and remember to save your password for easy login on future orders. Your email address is your login name each time you return. Once you have been approved and registered, you may browse and begin shopping.

What are Tepper Jackson's terms of sale? |
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Master Card, American Express.
We will consider Net 30 terms only for established accounts (minimum of 4 current trade references with fax/email addresses required). Please note that submitting references does not guarantee that you will be approved for terms.
We accept pre payment of orders with a certified check. Order to be shipped once payment has cleared our bank.
We do not ship COD! |
How long will it take for my order to ship? |
Most orders are processed within 24-48 hours from the time order is received and payment settled . Please allow 5-8 business days for an opening order to process and ship assuming it is not a busy shipping period. Established customers re orders can go out in as little as 1 day provided the merchandise is in stock. |
What happens to items that are on backorder? |
We strive to be in a constant "in stock" position on most items; however, some items will be on backorder and scheduled for a later ship date. Backordered merchandise is shipped once it is received by our warehouse. Should you decide not to receive any backorders, please indicate to "ship complete" or "no backorders accepted" and we will cancel back ordered items accordingly. |
What are the freight terms? |
We ship FedEx ground from Connecticut, unless otherwise indicated.

What if I change my mind concerning my order |
While your order is in the Shopping Cart you can make as many changes to your order as you wish. Once you have completed the checkout process your order cannot be changed. However, it may be possible to cancel your order provided the Order Status indicator still displays "Open". To check the status of your order please follow these easy steps: 1) Click on the "My Account" tab located within the toolbar area of this website. 2) Click on the "View Your Orders" option to see the status of your order. 3) If the Order Status indicator for your order displays "Open", you may proceed to cancel your order as follows: 4) Click on the order number that corresponds with the order you wish to cancel. 5) Click on the "Cancel Order" button. That will complete the process. Please be advised that if the Order Status indicator displays either "In Process" or "Shipped" then your order cannot be cancelled.If you are able to cancel your order, you will receive a confirmation of the cancellation by e-mail. |

What is the minimum Re-Order? |
There is a $150.00 re-order minimum per season. Tepper Jackson considers a re-order merchandise that has been previously ordered within the current season. |

Our pre pack requirements for each item are listed next to the price. Please note that our pre pack requirement are per design and per color. |

| Wholesale Incorrect Shipments & Defective Products |
What do I do if I receive product I did not order? |
Please contact us immediately or within 5 days of receiving your shipment and we will replace / return the miss - shipped items at our expense. Please give us the specific style number, the date the product was received, and the quantity at issue. Finally, please include the store's name, full address, and contact information. What do I do if I receive defective products? |
We first and foremost apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your shipment and we will replace / return or refund your account for these infrequent occurrences. All request for a return authorization on defective merchandise must be documented to our offices via email: sales@tepperjackson.com or via fax: 212.629.9506. Please give us specifics as to the nature of the damage, style number, quantity at issue, and contact information. Once we have received and validated your request, we will issue a call tag for the damaged items. Do not return merchandise without our return authorization as it will not be accepted by our warehouse and be returned to you . No COD returns will be accepted. |
What if I change my mind after I received my order |
A 20% restocking fee will be imposed should you decide to return the merchandise provided there are no damages or quality issues. Returns will not be accepted unless authorized and documented by Tepper Jackson's sales office. Please note that our Showrooms or sales representatives do not have the authority to issue a R.A. All unauthorized shipments/ returns will be refused by our warehouse and will be returned at your expense.
