There is a nominal handling fee added to each order.
Free shipping charges on $100.00 orders will be deducted from credit should merchandise be returned.
All merchandise purchased from TepperJacksonOnline can be returned within 30 days of receipt of merchandise for an exchange or refund.
All merchandise must be unused, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging. Items that do not meet these criteria will not be exchanged or refunded.  
We will accept returns / exchanges only on merchandise that has been purchased from TepperJacksonOnline.  
Merchandise purchased through a Tepper Jackson retailer must be returned to the retailer and will not be exchanged/ accepted or refunded by TepperJacksonOnline.
If you are exchanging an item, please note that the shipping charges to TepperJacksononline as well as the return shipping charge are paid by the customer.
Shipping charge on returned item (s) is non refundable, unless the reason for the return is due to an error by our company (e.g. wrong item, color, or damaged).  Free shipping charges on $100.00 orders will be deducted from credit should merchandise be returned.

Bulk Ordering
Email is the fastest and preferred method of bulk ordering:

We ship FedEx ground from New York, unless otherwise directed.
We first and foremost apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.
Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your shipment and we will replace / return or refund your account for these infrequent occurrences.
All request for a return authorization on defective merchandise must be documented to our offices via email: or via fax: 212.629.9506
Please give us specifics as to the nature of the damage, style number, quantity at issue, and contact information.
Once we have received and validated your request, we will issue a call tag for the damaged items.
Do not return merchandise without our return authorization as it will not be accepted by our warehouse and be returned to you . 
No COD returns will be accepted.
